Descrição da OportunidadeDellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.
This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and solve production incidents (Windows Servers; Linux Servers);
- Follow-up and coordinate changes and technical operations (implement new releases, application life cycle, etc.);
- Participate in change management (applications and infrastructure), which involves collaborating with different teams such as development, sysadmin, DBA and networking;
- Monitor applications and infrastructure in an effective way.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles;
- Good knowledge on both Linux and Windows environments;
- Good knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python and/or PowerShell);
- Experience with JBoss, TomCat, Apache or IIS;
- Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server and/or MySQL);
- Experience with monitoring tools (ideally Zabbix or Grafana);
- Knowledge of LDAP, Firewall, Reverse proxy, Active Directory and Kerberos;
- Good networking knowledge (IHS, Load Balancer);
- Experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Power Platform;
- Experience on Control-M or another industrial scheduler is a plus;
- Fluency in English.
